I would use Simple Green. It cleans anything and won't hurt the paint. Don't scrub with anything abraisive. Warm water.
warm water with mild soap like dish detergent. You don't want to use anything harsh on a painted surface, you could breakdown the paint and cause it to peel or lose the semi-gloss look.
