Remove gloss paint of carpet?

i have managed to get a few splashes of white gloss on the hallway carpet and need to get it off before the family get back in 2 days. its fully dried in now...any tips on how to get it off or make it not very noticeable?Remove gloss paint of carpet?
You can try Home Pro Spotter or Miracle soap. Home Pro Spotter can be purchased at www.swedeclean.com. If you are looking for Miracle soap (has NO chemicals or anything all natural/ green), let me know and I can get a great deal on that for you.

I mention the Miracle soap; the past weekend I cleaned the bedroom of some young boys. There were paintball stains on the carpet, along with numerous other colorful surprises. This worked EXTREMELY well on removing the stain.

Be cautious with picking it off. You can damage the fibers and cause severe fraying, making the carpet unravel. Also, goof off can leave a grease stain or discolor. It works ';okay'; for some applications, I just don't like to use it on carpet. Additonally, it doesn't work too well.Remove gloss paint of carpet?
Try taking a butter knife with the flat edge down and scrape it off, use carpet cleaner and use the knife also .
I think Goof Off would work for you, can find it at walmart or at local paint supply store.
pick off as much as you can. use a wet warm washcloth ( with a little bit of soap)to loosen the paint first. you would be surprise how much that can help.

any paint that wont come off that way....i would first recommend a product called ';tech';. if u cant find that, then i would recommend ';goof off'; use it sparingly and rinse the area off with a clean wet rag afterward. try both of these products in a VERY inconspicuous spot first to make sure they don't change the carpet. red huh? bummer.

but, i have used both products successfully to remove paint from carpets and fabric blinds when i painted a little too enthusiastically.

good luck :)

also, if you get it down to just a tiny bit left, you can possibly carefully cut the affected carpet strands right out( depending on the type of carpet.)
