How do i get gloss paint off suede?

I hope I STOPPEDyou from doing the above, as a painting contractor take my word on this..do not use any type of turpentine or mineral spirits ...on many other thing that would be correct ...not on suede...they will literally melt or birnish the suede...if thepaint is latex get some denatured alchol and put a little on the tip of a rag, then slowlt dab the spot to loosen the dried paint as it loosens up.wipe it with a dry rag dabbiit up as well ..dont ruf an you will smear it over a wider area. if its an oil based paint,do the same only it will take longer and you may need to dab with a little more pressure...suede is very touchy so go gentlyHow do i get gloss paint off suede?
Try Goof Off. Use a Q-tip and do small sections at time. when its all gone then let it dry and use a suede brush. The Goof Off evaporates. I was able to get White paint off brown suede.

DO NOT get suede wet or try a chemical. Suede changes color easily and stains. Get a suede brush and try picking it off dry.... If you got a large amount of suede on a coat or your sofa.... I would just toss the coat or try a dry cleaner. A sofa on the other hand- you're going to have to try and pick/brush it off. They do make suede cleaner but again it's really a brush to loosen the dirty. If it's really bad, I would try a slip cover and plan for buying a new sofa. Suede is a lurxery product and doesn't hold up to the elments or abuse very well. And any chemical that is unsafe for your hands- will eat through leather.

Sorry!

Also check the tag and make sure it's 100% real suede! If it's a fake suede which most sofa and such are made out of- then you can get it wet. Use the chemicals as suggested about and then steamclean the whole sofa/object to remove all the chemicals!
if oil based use lacquer thinner if latex use denatured alcohol. test on coat in a spot that does not show inside collar maybe
