as one of the member mentioned,use the paint thinner or turpentine oil,put on the gloves put a plastic bag under the jean where you need to remove the paint,take a rag dip in the oil and rub it slowly,let few seconds the thinner to absorb and then rub it of every time you must change the rag with a clean dip of oil till all the paint is removed.
hold that paint removed spot and wash it in the sink with Luke warm water then liquid detergent,by hand,till all the oil smell is out then wash it with the regular clothes.so you do not have to waist a load of water for just this jean.
my husband was an artist so i use to do the paint removing job all the time,and then use to wash with my regular load to save the water and electricity too.

Use desolve-it from walmart or any hardware store. Just take a cottonball and dont breath in fumes. Then put them thru the wash. Jeans are hard to hurt.

Use paint thinner for oil based ( be sure and rinse quickly and thoroughly )
My son got paint on his new jeans at votech and I just used paint thinner to get it out, washed them twice w/ good amount of detergent and rinsed them twice so it wouldn't remain on the material and create a flammable situation in my dryer. They didn't fade and the paint came out, so try this. If it worked for me, it should work for you. Also, if you don't have any paint thinner try some good old turpentine and a rag the same color as your jeans and then wash twice. Good luck!

ya i think you should set a trend.. anything u use on it will make the blakness rub off but it wud also make the spot faded out which u dont wnt tht on ur new jeans....
try some turps on a cotton bud.. then wash immediately
