No it will not as long as both paints are latex(water based)...The thing preventing any peeling/non compatability in this matteras long as mentioned above, will be applying the new coat over a clean wall..take some mild bleach water mix 4 parts water to 1 part bleach ..and a sponge mop...mop down the walls in question..then come back with a pure clean water solution about 5 or 10 minutes later ...do a quick rinsing..then paint after it dries..If I paint over a already-painted-semi-gloss-doo鈥?with another semi gloss paint-will it peel off?
Just sand lightly and repaint.
