Does anyone know how to get gloss paint out of clothes?

my boys got in his tracksuitDoes anyone know how to get gloss paint out of clothes?
dont use turps! it will destroy the fabric!


use sugar soap, it works great, just spray some on the spot, rib in then put it in the machine, try to keep it wet till you get some, you can get it in most decorators shops or diy stores.

Rub turps (turpentine) into the paint until it has dissolved then wash it in the machine.
do u mean gloss oil paint? if so, nothing beats lysol, actually any hoysehold cleaner with a oily feel will do the job, just soak the spot with lysol and let set for a hour or so, then wash in hot water, it worked for me when my daughter got it on her jacket...good luck
You can't. Turps will destroy the fabric and fibres. Can you cover it with a patch or something if its too nice to chuck!

With difficulty. Probably nothing will work. Turps and white spirit will only harm the fabric. If it is in a place where it is not too obvious you could patch it.





Rule One : Always wear old clothes when painting or around wet paint.
