You don't! Well, if you are really speedy and immediately rinse the spill with water, you might get some of it out. But paint is very difficult to remove from fabric, especially if it isn't water based, like most gloss paints. If it's been washed and dried in the machine, it's pretty much set into the fabric. Maybe you can stitch an applique over the painted area, or more fun--paint an actual design using the paint splat area! Maybe there needs to be a lady bug or something right there on your clothes?

There is a product called ';Goof off'; for this problem
mineral spirits, or oops both can be found at a hardware store
Wear them to a theater showing the Al Gore movie!
goop or gojo just keep rubbing it'll loosen and disappear.
